BI-GD's main approach for achieving the strategic objectives is project financing. That is why the organization focus most of it's resources and efforts in identifying needs, targeting, development and implementation of projects.

BI-GD has successfully implemented projects under the European Union Erasmus+, Leonardo da Vinchi Programmes, OPAC, PHARE CBC Greece - Bulgaria, IPA Bulgaria - Macedonia, INTERREG IVC.
