From 01.09.2025 to the end of November you may take part in our online survey on the advantages and disadvantages of living in rural areas and the possibilities of combining it with remote work. This flexible form of work is increasingly popular and has the potential to attract and retain working people in small settlements.
The overall objective of the action is to contribute to the economic development of the cross-border area through sustainable development of tourism.
Specific objectives:
- To increase competitiveness of SMEs within the cross-border region Gevgelija – Gotse Delchev, working in tourism sector through diversification and added value of tourist products and implementation of good practice;
- To stimulate cross-border cooperation and develop local capacity by knowledge transfer, exchange of experiences, synergy activities and networking between stakeholders;
- To promote cross-border region as an attractive tourist destination and
- To strengthen collaboration between SMEs in tourism sector and other complementary sectors which produce high quality local products and services such as agriculture, food, wine, clothing, transport etc.
