The third LTTA training under the "Social Entrepreneurship in the Fight against Youth Social Exclusion" - S. E. NEET project, funded by the Erasmus+ program, was held in Cyprus from 25 to 29 of October. It was attended by young people, led by representatives of the project partners from Cyprus, Greece, Romania, Lithuania, and Business Incubator - Gotse Delchev from Bulgaria. The hosts from Cyprus C.D.A.College, Nicosia provided all the necessary conditions to have a fruitful work, observing strict anti-epidemic measures.

During the five-day training, the youth gained fundamental knowledge on how to start a new business, how to transform an idea into a business, financial management and the main steps needed for an entrepreneur to start own business. Youth met local entrepreneurs who shared their experience and challenges in business. Following the guidance of their leaders the mixed groups of participants designed their own logo and company name, and “started” their own online business. A one-day visit to Lefkara, a beautiful and picturesque village known for its handmade local lace, known as "lefkarita" and its silverware was organized for all participants. At the end of the meeting there were presented the results of the work in the groups and the participants received certificates. They went home with new useful knowledge, nice memories and interesting acquaintances.
