The main purpose of the BIGD is to be an Incubator for micro and small sized companies from the region. There are 11 rental premises on site, adaptable to the future tenant's needs. A Selective Committee reviews and chooses the tenants, and a special rental payment scheme is developed, stimulating the development of the starting businesses.
