Business Incubator - Gotse Delchev works under the Job Opportunities Through Business Support Project (JOBS), initiated by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and implemented by the UNDP. The project aims creating favourable conditioins for business development and stimulating the employment. JOBS is continuing the successful Business Development Support Project of UNDP. Job Opportunity Through Business Support has four basic components:

Creating/supporting 20 agribusiness centers in the country, which could provide training, concultations, menagement, network and logistic support and financial mechanisms to the local enterprises
Creating 8 business incubators renting premises at favourable price and supporting the companies with techincal and administrative help and consultations
IT (Information - technological) centers
Producing 30 TV movies for agricultural producers

The strategy of the Project contains:

To support the development of micro and small enterprises and agricultural producers
To encourage the employment and to accelarate the economical development
To stimulate the entrepreneurship
To activate the conections between the state, private and NGO sector

The target groups of the project are:

unemployed
micro and small enterprises
agricultural producers
risk groups representatives in the labor market
local communities
