The
main purpose of the BIGD is to be an Incubator for micro
and small sized companies from the region. There are 11
rental premises on site, adaptable to the future tenant's
needs. A Selective Committee reviews and chooses the tenants,
and a special rental payment scheme is developed, stimulating
the development of the starting businesses.

Incubator - Gotse Delchev is a training unit of the Center
for Vocational Training of National Business Development
Network (NBDN) and is licensed as a vocational training
center by the Nstional Agency of Vocational Education
and Training (NAVET) under 20 professions:

- secretary, Organizer of tourist agent activity, Mountain
guide, Animator, Administrator in hotel, Restaurateur,
