Participation of Rositza Djambazova in the 3rd Global Forum on Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Florianopolis, Brazil, 26-30.10.2009
The Forum was organized by the Brazilian Association of Science Parksand Business Incubators and the Information for Development Program - infoDev.
The main events were:
- Participation in newly developed training programs for managers and incubators
- Sharing of experience and good practices of business incubation, innovation and entrepreeurship
- Drawing the world tendencies for innovation development
The BI-GD Director Rositza Djambazova participated in trainings and practical casuses for technological commercialization and virtual business services.
Rositza Djambazova - the coordinator for East Europe and Central Asia of the pilot project for Women Entrepreneurship and Business Incubation Development along with the coordinators for Africa and Latin America made presentation for the results from a problems and chalanges study, sucessful practices and projects and results in the area of women entrepreneurship.
The main priorities of infoDev for the next stage of development were pointed: green technologies development and agri-business with focus at: youths and innovations and women entrepreneurship stimulating.
There was held a regional meeting of the East Europe and Central Asia Incubators Network - ECA with the Program Manager of InfoDev and the World Bank Vallery D'Acosta for the results achieved and the planned development. Business Incubator - Gotse Delchev preside one of the most successful workgroups - of Innovations in the Rural Areas and Eco Tourism in ECA.
